How to Sue in Small Claims Court

Vioxx judgment reversed. A Texas appellate court has reversed a jury's finding of liability, holding the plaintiff failed to establish causation. The court noted that for plaintiff to prevail he must establish causation and "if there are other plausible causes of the injury or condition that could be negated, the plaintiff must offer evidence excluding those causes with reasonable certainty."
