Delete it! This is nothing more than an internet scam. If the IRS wants to give you money it will send you a letter.

Untimely notice may not defeat insurance coverage. The Texas Supreme Court has held that the failure of an insured to timely notify its insurer of a claim or suit will not defeat coverage unless the insurer was actually prejudiced by the delay, the Texas Supreme Court has ruled. "We hold that an insured's failure to timely notify its insurer of a claim or suit does not defeat coverage if the insurer was not prejudiced by the delay." Click here for more.
