Court did not err in concluding that plaintiff was not legally entitled to recover attorneys' fees. A Texas court of appeals has noted that although there is no "net-recovery" requirement for colleting attorneys fees, "the no-net-recovery exception does not apply when the damages awarded by the jury are offset by settlement credits or insurance payment credits."
