Don't let anyone steal your identity when they go "pfishing". Pfishing is when an identity thief sends you a fake notice that looks like it's from a bank, creditor, credit card company or PayPal, telling you there is a problem with your account and to reply. Even if you've planned carefully and your retirement nest egg is hefty, there's always a possibility that you'll outlive -- or outspend -- your money. Worried about running out of money? That's a well-founded fear. Take these steps to allay concerns.  Click here for more.

For the Lawyers

Texas attorney general does not need to designate a class representative in suit under Insurance Code. The Texas Supreme Court noted that the statute appears to require a class representative, "but those requirements cannot be applied in a way that renders attorney general class actions impossible, a result that would frustrate the Legislature's intent."
