Class action certified in travelers suit based on a cruise that turned into a bus ride. A Massachusetts federal judge said they could sue the cruise company as a class. The customers were promised multiday boat tours of "Majestic Rivers of Europe," and they collectively paid more than $1.1 million for them, court records show. But the ship had mechanical issues partway through the journey, leading Vantage to continue the customers' tours by bus, the travelers say.
