Target rolls out deals to compete with Amazon's Prime Day

Court dismisses Credit Report Suit Under Spokeo. The Ninth Circuit agreed with a lower court that a job applicant who was denied employment can't sue the insurer for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, finding that he lacks standing under the high court's decision in Spokeo Inc. v.
