He may have the right to do so, but only if you and your spouse signed a written contract before the work began. Report Claims that Hackers are Selling Yahoo Data on the Black MarketLast week Yahoo released information about a 2013 hack affecting over one billion accounts. This is completely separate from the hack Yahoo announced last September. Personal information, such as phone numbers, passwords, security questions and backup email addresses were stolen. According to one cybersecurity firm this information is being sold online. Yahoo doesn't speculate on data that may or may not be for sale on the black market, but is currently looking into the claims. Yahoo users should change passwords and security questions as soon as possible and be aware of emails asking for personal information. Click here for more. Your MoneyFlying to your destination this holiday season? Know that you have certain rights if your flight gets cancelled. In general, if an airline cancels your flight because of some force majeure event outside the airline's control, for example, weather conditions, your only rights are either a refund or the next available seat to your destination. If the cancellation is due to the airline's fault, they will usually provide you with meal vouchers or hotel accommodations. Check your specific airline for their obligations in the contract when you book your flight. Click here for more.
