No coverage under insurance policy for liability from “junk fax” advertisements by its insured. The Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld a district court’s summary judgment in favor of an insurer that statutory violation exclusions in the policy excluded coverage for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
