If you don’t you could be paying for something you never requested and don’t want. Many phone-related companies places charges on a phone bill for a service you didn’t request and don’t want. For the LawyersThe Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals potentially expanded the scope of actionable conduct under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) to include communications directed to a debtor’s attorney. While the court held that it may be a high bar to establish a violation, litigation related activities are not exempted from coverage under the FDCPA. Miljkovic v.
