15 Cities Get Amazon Sunday Delivery

If you order a product on Amazon and you live in one of fifteen cities, you may now receive Sunday delivery with your order. In fact, the Sunday delivery comes at no additional charge to consumers who subscribe to Amazon Prime. For example, if a consumer orders a Prime eligible item on Friday and lives in one of the fifteen cities, that consumer can expect Sunday delivery from the United States Postal Service.



New Sunday service areas include Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville, New Orleans, Shreveport, Cincinnati, Columbus, Oklahoma City, Philadelphia, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Waco and College Station. Consumers in Los Angeles and New York City were already eligible for Sunday delivery.

How to Avoid Bed Bugs While Traveling

Bed bugs can be a complete and total pain. Once you get them in your house or apartment, they're exceptionally difficult to get rid of. In many instances, consumers must throw away beds and couches, have carpet removed and replaced, and fumigate.



Where do bed bugs come from?



The blood sucking night creatures known as bed bugs don't appear out of thin air. Instead, they travel well, attaching themselves to you or your personal belongings and making a new home at the final destination.



Next time you take a trip, make sure you're traveling without any unwanted guests. Carefully inspect your baggage in the bathroom before you completely unpack. If your hotel room has bed bugs, asked to be moved immediately.

FTC has authority over American Indian tribe lending.

A federal district court in Nevada found that “the FTC Act is a federal statute of general applicability that under controlling Ninth Circuit precedent grants the FTC authority to regulate arms of Indian tribes, their employees, and their contractors.” The court relied on Ninth Circuit precedent, finding “[t]he Federal Trade Commission … has broad powers under the FTC Act to prevent businesses from engaging in unfair or deceptive practices.”
