Amazon Unveils Drone Delivery Service

On Sunday, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos dropped a bombshell. According to Bezos, Amazon will begin shipping orders by
drone quadcopter. It shouldn't be surprising a company that employs robots in its warehouses would try to take the step to robotic shipment. However, it would be surprising if Amazon could actually make it work. In order to get the service off the ground, Amazon would need to get FAA clearance and clear numerous legal hurdles. In fact, many significant questions remain about the program and whether it will ever actually work.

Radioactive Bomb May Cure AIDS Virus

Scientists have found that a targeted radioactive smart bomb may clean out the last remaining parts of AIDS virus lingering in a patients body. Just as the White House and the National Institutes of Health announced a $100 million effort to find a cure, researchers are optimistic that the latest efforts may finally yield the cure to the deadly disease.



The radioactive material would be used to target latent cells that remain after extensive AIDS treatment. Until this discovery, the latent cells would rest within the body until treatment stopped. At that point, they'd retake control. If scientists could safely target and kill those cells, treatment for the the disease could take a dramatic turn for the better.

Failure to renew credit card is not a “significant change” in terms.

The Third Circuit held that a credit card company’s decision to not renew a credit card was not a significant change within the scope of the Credit CARD Act or Regulation Z, and, therefore, cardholder was not entitled to 45-days notice.
