For $50 a month, consumers can get unlimited calls, text and data. At $50 a month, the T-Mobile plan is significantly less than similar Verizon and AT&T contracts. Additionally, T-Mobile now offers the iPhone 5 and access to a 4G LTE network. Twitter Hit With $50 Million LawsuitPopular social networking site, Twitter, is under fire from French authorities for failing to produce the identities of users who posted anti-Semitic tweets. Last week, the Union of Jewish French Students filed a $50 million lawsuit against Twitter under France's anti-hate speech laws. FDA Graffic Cigarette Labels AbandonedOver the last few years, the Food and Drug Administration has been developing plans to include graphic warning labels on packs of cigarettes. For the LawyersAgreement to submit a dispute to a third party is an “arbitration agreement,” subject to the FAA, even if the word arbitration is not used. The Second Circuit held that an agreement to name a third doctor to decide a dispute if the doctors chosen by each of the parties cannot agree, was an arbitration agreement within the meaning of the Federal Arbitration Act. In essence, the court noted that any time “the parties have agreed to submit a dispute for a decision by a third party, they have agreed to arbitration.”
