Ticket scalping is legal in Texas, but be careful. Buying tickets online or from someone you do not know can be dangerous. Use common sense. If the deal looks to good to be true it probably isn't. Apple's Battle With Samsung Continues

It appears that Apple may have gone a little too far in a statement about Samsung on its website. Last month, a UK court ordered Apple to place a statement on its U.K. website stating that Samsung did not copy Apple patents. Although Apple placed the statement on its site, it took some "artistic liberties" in doing so by adding additional language not sanctioned by the court.

The controversial statement reads:

"However, in a case tried in Germany regarding the same patent, the court found that Samsung engaged in unfair competition by copying the iPad design. A U.S. jury also found Samsung guilty of infringing on Apple's design and utility patents, awarding over one billion U.S. dollars in damages to Apple Inc. So while the U.K. court did not find Samsung guilty of infringement, other courts have recognized that in the course of creating its Galaxy tablet, Samsung willfully copied Apple's far more popular iPad."

With the very public battle playing out in courts across multiple nations, it appears the feud between Apple and Samsung is only heating up. Despite the public spat, Samsung and Apple remain business partners. Where will the relationship go from here?
