Apple's Battle With Samsung ContinuesIt appears that Apple may have gone a little too far in a statement about Samsung on its website. Last month, a UK court ordered Apple to place a statement on its U.K. website stating that Samsung did not copy Apple patents. Although Apple placed the statement on its site, it took some "artistic liberties" in doing so by adding additional language not sanctioned by the court. EPA: Hyundai Exaggerated Fuel ClaimsAccording to the Environmental Protection Agency, Hyundai and Kia will revise their fuel economy estimates after the agency found results did not live up to the companies' claims.
