Plaintiff sanction for frivolous consumer claims. The 7th Circuit has imposed sanctions on an individual who it found filed frivolous consumer related claims against EBay. The court noted, 185, "When dealing with a frivolous litigator who, despite due warning or the imposition of sanctions, continues to waste judicial resources, we impose a filing bar preventing the litigant from filing in this court or any federal court in this circuit."
