Court Approves iPod Class Action Lawsuit

Do you own an iPod? Then you might be a part of a lawsuit against Apple. According to the lawsuit, Apple blocked other music services from uploading songs to the iPod, effectively eliminating competition and increasing demand for Apple products and services. [Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act ("ILSFDA"), 15 U.S.C. ยง 1701] The Fourth Circuit held that purchasers of a lot in an upscale real estate development had three years to exercise their rescission rights under federal law imposing disclosure requirements in interstate land sales.
