According to an op-ed in the New York Times, one New York law firm representing Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo has taken mockery to the extreme. Every year, Steven J. Baum's law firm hosts a Halloween party. Last year, employees of the firm came to work dressed in costume as the homeowners they were evicting. According to Steven J. Baum, "It has been suggested that some employees dress in ... attire that mocks or attempts to belittle the plight of those who have lost their homes," the statement read. From your favorite airline to your credit card company, they're all charging you a couple extra bucks for something that was once free. Now you can probably add your favorite hotel to that list. Pool rights, gym access, use of the room safe, Wi-Fi, and early check-in are just some of the things that hotels are starting to charge for, even if you choose to forgo the option of using them. AT&T Set to Debut LTE 4G NetworkOn November 6, AT&T will roll out the first phase of its new 4G LTE network. The first cities will include Boston, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Athens, GA, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
