Wells Fargo Eliminates Debit Card Rewards

Earlier this year, Wells Fargo eliminated its reward program for new consumers. Beginning in October, it will be eliminating the program for existing consumers as well. As a result, the Federal Trade Commission has been looking in to new ways to regulate internet tracking. Will a "do-not-track" option be available in the future? Why would consumers lose free content with the introduction of "do-not-track" regulations? Click here for more.

The court noted that "[v]alid assignments are needed when the beneficiary of a deed of trust seeks to foreclose on a property." Click here for more.
