Social Security Disability Low on Funds

Car dealer’s arbitration provision prohibiting class relief unenforceable. The New Jersey Appellate Division held that a new car dealer cannot enforce arbitration language waiving a customer's right to class-wide relief. The court recognized that Concepcion does not allow the clause to be invalidated pre se on public policy ground, but found that, “the provisions before us are simply too convoluted and inconsistent to be enforced.” Click here for more.
