Small Car Prices to Drop This Fall

CFPB Accepting Credit Card Complaints

Do you have a problem or dispute with your credit card company? The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is available to help you untangle your credit card problems. To take advantage of the agency's powerful tools, you need to type up your complaint, disclose the amount at controversy, and give the agency any details about the dispute you want it to forward to the credit card company. Proof of valid chain of title is required before foreclosure. The Nevada Supreme Court decided two cases that recognize the requirement that there must be a valid assignment of the deed of trust and note to support a foreclosure. The court noted that "[v]alid assignments are needed when the beneficiary of a deed of trust seeks to foreclose on a property. Click here for more.
