Flash Coming to iPhone & iPad On Thursday

iPhone and iPad users have been asking for Adobe Flash support since the products were released. This Thursday, Skyfire will be released through the Apple App Store as the first internet browser with Flash support. An estimated 75% of all video on the internet is encoded using Flash technology. Facebook Reaches Agreement With EA

Popular video game maker Electronic Arts ("EA") and Facebook have announced a new five year deal for EA to accept Facebook Credits as the exclusive method of payment for its games on Facebook. Google Settles Buzz Lawsuit

A few months ago, Google launched a new social networking site called "Google Buzz." As part of the launch, GMail (Google Mail) users were automatically included. Google tracked emails, tagging the most frequent email recipients as "friends." A class action was filed citing privacy concerns. No bona fide error defense for mistake of law. A federal district court in Indiana held that an attorney debt collector could not raise mistake of law as a defense to a FDCPA class action lawsuit. The court noted that the Supreme Court has held mistake of law is not within the scope of the bona fide error defense. Click here for more.
