GM Continues to Repay Bailout

Taking another step toward repaying the taxpayer "bailout," General Motors announced it will repurchase $2.1 billion in preferred stock from the Treasury Department. Tire wear class action entitled to certification. The Ninth Circuit held that a class action lawsuit alleging certain Land Rover vehicles were subject to excessive tire wear could proceed as a class action.
