Before you sign a lease, read it and consider changes or additions. A lease is a binding contract and will determine your rights against the landlord. For example, if you might have to leave early because you lose your job, are transferred or get married, be sure to include a clause permitting you to terminate the lease. Johnson & Johnson Issues New Tylenol Recall

Johnson & Johnson is struggling to get a handle on problems associated with its Tylenol products. The company has issued a recall for 128,000 bottles of Tylenol. The company believes a chemical called 2,4,6-tribromoanisole is causing consumers to complain about a musty or moldy odor. Tylenol issued recalls throughout the year for the same problem. Bank of America Resumes Foreclosures

After halting thousands of foreclosures, Bank of America has lifted the ban and is resuming foreclosures. The company stopped foreclosures after defects in document production called the company's practices into question. The document probe began on October 1, and Bank of America expanded the probe to all 50 states on Monday. Tire wear class action entitled to certification. The Ninth Circuit held that a class action lawsuit alleging certain Land Rover vehicles were subject to excessive tire wear could proceed as a class action.
