Bank of America Resumes ForeclosuresAfter halting thousands of foreclosures, Bank of America has lifted the ban and is resuming foreclosures. The company stopped foreclosures after defects in document production called the company's practices into question. The document probe began on October 1, and Bank of America expanded the probe to all 50 states on Monday.
