Update: AT&T Wireless Data PlanStarting today, June 7, AT&T Wireless will introduce a new set of data plans, eliminating the $30 unlimited plan all consumers were previously required to purchase. Consumers can purchase a 200 MB plan for $15 a month, or a 2 GB plan for $25 a month. For new consumers who plan on using their devices for data intensive services, like GPS, the 2 GB plan may not be enough. Accordingly, it will be important than ever for AT&T consumers to closely monitor data usage to avoid costly overage fees. Apple Introduces the New iPhoneAccording to numerous reports, Steve Jobs will unveil a new iPhone today. The new iPhone is expected to compete with other smartphones running Google's Android operating system. The new iPhone is expected to include an upgraded display, a faster processor, a new camera, more storage, Flash support, a user-accessible battery, and expanded memory. In addition to the numerous upgrades, the phone is marketed as 4G ready. However, the exclusive iPhone carrier, AT&T, is likely years away from 4G capability. If so, you may be familiar with Clear Care contact lens solution. Unlike other solutions on the market, Clear Care is a peroxide based solution that needs at least six hours to neutralize before usage. Many consumers have used the Clear Care solution as they would other solutions, resulting in hundreds of complaints to the Food and Drug Administration. When the Clear Care solution does not have at least six hours to neutralize, the solution can cause chemical burns in the eyes resulting in significant damage to the cornea. The Second Circuit held that under New York law, annuity payments that a debtor was entitled to under the terms of a wrongful death settlement are not part of his bankruptcy estate. The court noted that “New York law permits the debtor to exempt the annuity payments and that he gave consideration for the contract when he released a wrongful death claim.” Click here for more. |
