Only 15 Vehicles Returned Under Money-Back Program

General Motors announced this week that only 15 vehicles had been returned under the automaker's money-back guarantee program. According to the guarantee, a consumer has 60 days to return the vehicle after purchase. However, General Motors offers $500 cash back as an incentive to waive the return policy.
