Store Owners Fight for Credit Card Relief

Credit card issuer can enforce arbitration clause. The Eight Circuit has held that a credit card company could require arbitration in accordance with its cardmember agreement when sued by a customer who alleged that her interest rate had been hiked in violation of state law.
