Microsoft Integrates Yahoo

In a bid to challenge Google as the market leader, Microsoft has announced a partnership with Yahoo to create the ultimate search engine by combining Microsoft's technology with Yahoo's ability to attract premium advertisers. Consumer Bankruptcy Filings Increase Dramatically

Consumer bankruptcy filings have soared to the highest levels since October 2005. An additional 126,000 cases were filed just last month. From July 2008 to July 2009, consumer bankruptcy increased a staggering 34%. In 2005, Congress passed the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act to make bankruptcy filings more difficult. Ambiguity in insurance policy should be resolved in favor of coverage. A Texas appellate court has reviewed the meaning of the term “you” in an insurance policy, finding it to be ambiguous. The court noted that, “Because the meaning of ‘you’ is susceptible of two opposing reasonable interpretations under the circumstances of this case, it is ambiguous.” The court concluded that “If a contract is susceptible to more than one reasonable interpretation, or if its meaning is uncertain or doubtful, we will resolve any ambiguity in favor of coverage.” Click here for more.
