Home Prices Fall By 19%

Homes are getting cheaper. Much cheaper. Home prices in 20 cities declined at an 18.7 percent annual pace in March of 2009. Texas AG Charges Debt Collection Companies

Last week, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott charged four debt settlement companies with orchestrating fraudulent debt settlement schemes. The defendants claimed they could eliminate their customers unsecured debts in as little as three years.
