Beware of Bogus Auto Warranties

Recently, consumers have been complaing about telephone and mail solicitations for their "auto warranty." Find out how to make the calls stop and report scams. Click here for more.

State Laws Make Foreclosure Crisis Worse

At the heart of the economic crisis is the foreclosure crisis. With the cry for help coming from consumers nationwide, just how much can the federal government help? These examples are only a few of the many out-dated state laws that exist across the nation. Find out what law applies in your state! Click here for more.
